@everyone 🚗 BioXpress Labs Univ | Business Model Breakdown 🏢 When starting a specimen collection business, one of your first big decisions is: Mobile or Fixed Location? Let's break both down: 🚗 MOBILE COLLECTION BUSINESS ✅ Low startup cost — no rent! ✅ Serve multiple locations and regions ✅ Employers LOVE onsite collection (no productivity loss) ✅ Flexible schedule ✅ You go to the client — premium service positioning ⚠️ Requires a reliable vehicle & travel time management 🏢 FIXED LOCATION (Collection Site) ✅ Clients come to you ✅ Walk-in traffic potential ✅ Partner with nearby employers and clinics ✅ Easier to build a brand presence ⚠️ Monthly rent & overhead costs ⚠️ May need additional staffing 🏆 WINNER for Beginners: MOBILE Most successful specimen collection businesses start mobile and expand to a fixed site once they have consistent volume and cash flow. 💡 Pro move: Start mobile, partner with a medical office to use their space part-time for collections, then open your own site when ready. 🎓 Our training program covers both models — and helps you decide which is right for YOUR market, schedule, and goals. 👇 Would you go mobile, fixed, or both?
