@everyone 📋 BioXpress Labs Univ | Getting Legit ✅ Let's talk about what it actually takes to operate legally and professionally as a specimen collector. ⚠️ This is where most people get confused — so pay attention! 🏛️ DOT Drug Testing (Federal) To collect for DOT-regulated industries (trucking, airlines, etc.), you MUST be trained and qualified as a DOT Collector under 49 CFR Part 40. This requires: ✅ Completion of a qualified DOT Collector training course ✅ Proficiency demonstration (mock collections) ✅ Ongoing error correction training if needed 🏢 Non-DOT Drug Testing (Employer Programs) No federal certification required, BUT professional training is strongly recommended for liability and lab compliance purposes. 🧬 DNA Collection Labs typically require collectors to be trained and approved through their specific protocols. Some require AABB-accredited chain of custody procedures. 📋 Business Licensing - General business license (your city/county) - LLC or business entity formation - Lab service agreements - May vary by state 🎓 Sound like a lot? That's exactly why our training program exists — to walk you through EVERY step with clarity and confidence. 👇 Drop your state below and we'll share what's typically required where you are! #DOTCollector #DrugTestingCertification #BioXpressLabsUniv #SpecimenCollection #BusinessLicensing
